2008 HOUSING FORUM:
A New Generation of Housing Leaders
As part of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition’s mission to educate community members about new and better ways to provide housing, we are hosting an event to welcome three new leaders to our city: John Rahaim, Director of the Department of City Planning; Fred Blackwell, Executive Director of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency; and Isam Hasenin, Director of the Department of Building Inspection.
This housing forum, entitled A New Generation of Housing Leaders in San Francisco, will take place Wednesday, April 2, 2008 from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the Mission Bay Conference Center. Click here for directions.
This event offers an unprecedented opportunity to hear first-hand the vision each of these leaders has for the future of housing in San Francisco. The event follows a highly successful public forum hosted by SFHAC last March that addressed the critical middle-income housing shortage that featured keynote speaker former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros.
