San Francisco's Civic Center is the largest collection of monumental civic buildings in the United States outside of Washington DC. It is the product of the early twentieth century of City Beautiful movements and is exemplary in its design and use of materials. The Balboa Reservoir (CAC) is tasked with advising on the development of the Balboa Reservoir. The members of the CAC, appointed by Mayor Lee and District 7 Norman Yee, advice City staff on the principles in a RFQ to solicit a developer partner, which should be finalized in Spring 2016.
