SFHAC provides outstanding networking opportunities through our monthly membership meetings, committees and events. We bring in political leaders and experts from all areas of housing and land use policy for you to learn, collaborate and share ideas on all aspects of housing production.
Business Members have the opportunity to shape SFHAC’s housing and land use policy through our Regulatory Committee that meets second and fourth Fridays each month.
Business Members can influence future housing development by joining our Project Review Committee, where we review proposed residential and mixed-use projects seeking Planning Commission approval. The Committee meets twice a month and gives members a sneak preview of the City's residential pipeline.
Receive a free subscription to our weekly e-newsletter that includes hot housing topics, upcoming events, meetings and the latest SFHAC blog posts.
Business Members can post their own events and job announcements up to four times a year in our e-newsletter. Members also have the opportunity to write guest blog posts on areas of expertise. All members will have their firm or organization's name listed and linked on our website.
Business Members get free admission to tours of San Francisco's newest residential and mixed-use developments, customized neighborhood tours, as well as early invites and discounted tickets to our annual events.
Business membership benefits extend to your entire staff. We encourage business members to take part at all levels of involvement, from committee work to events.
